Senior Master Sergeant Jamie Elizabeth, US Air Force

If you had to put together a picture of excellence and throw it on a recruiting poster, you might want to pick Senior Master Sergeant (select) Jamie Hash of the United States Air Force.

Jamie is currently an Enlisted Legislative Liaison Fellow who is wrapping up her developmental tour at U.S. Central Command congressional engagements where she provided senior DoD leaders with insight on current and future policy initiatives, legislative atmospherics, and hearing preparation. For 2025, she'll spend a year on Capitol Hill assigned to a Congressional office where she will have the opportunity to shape national policy on a wide range of issues.

Jamie's career has overflowed with accomplishment since she started her career as an Aircraft Armament Technician in 2011. She later retrained to become a Workforce Planner and has deployed in support of Operations Inherent Resolve, Juniper Micron, Juniper Shield, Juniper Nimbus, and Octave Shield.

As just a small selection of her awards, Jamie has earned Wing Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of the Year, Field Operating Agency NCO of the Year, Military Volunteer of the Year, NCO Academy John Levitow Award (Top 1% of Class), AF Operations Directorate Senior NCO of the Year, AF Operations Directorate Sijan (Leadership) Senior NCO Award, Department of the Air Force (DAF) Headquarters Management Engineering Award, DAF HQ Visionary Leadership Award, and Senior NCO Academy Distinguished Graduate.

Jamie was rated the #1 of 45 Master Sergeants by her organization on her way to selection for Senior Master Sergeant.

Jamie holds a Master of Science in Organizational Performance Improvement and is working on a completing a Legislative Studies Graduate Certificate from Georgetown Government Affairs Institute.
