MSgt Elizabeth Soske, U.S. Air Force
Master Sergeant Elizabeth Soske has served with distinction in the United States Air Force since 2005, excelling in aircrew operations, deployment management, and mission readiness. As Unit Deployment Manager at Lakenheath Air Force Base, she oversees critical deployment operations, ensuring personnel and equipment are prepared for global assignments.
Throughout her career, MSgt Soske has held key leadership roles, including NCOIC of Aircraft Operations, Aircrew Trainer, and Instructor, making a lasting impact on aircrew safety and effectiveness. Her technical expertise and leadership have been instrumental in multiple combat deployments, including: Balad Air Base, Iraq (2006) – Supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom Afghanistan (2012) – Contributing to Operation Enduring Freedom Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan (2014) – Deployed on a NATO mission, earning the Joint Service Commendation Medal Her operational excellence is backed by a strong educational foundation, including an Associate of Arts in Aircrew Life Support, advanced leadership courses, and specialized training in deployment management and aircrew operations. MSgt Soske’s approach to leadership is rooted in authenticity.
